The rules of the room.

One account per person. You are responsible for what happens on it. Use a real email and a strong password. If something looks off, email security@musicverse.app.

• Your music, your page, your video, your writing.
• Your fan list. Exportable any time, takeable anywhere, yours if you leave.
• The money you earn, minus the platform fee and processor cost described below.

You grant MusicVerse a non-exclusive licence to host, deliver, and display your content on the platform and in legitimate previews of it. This licence ends when you remove the content or close the account.

• You are the merchant of record. Fans pay you directly through our payments processor.
• MusicVerse keeps a 15% platform fee to fund the Trust Layer: chargeback protection, payout reliability, fraud guards.
• Withdrawals carry a flat RM 5 processing fee. No percentage skim on top.
• The ledger is append-only. Every movement is recorded; nothing is ever silently rewritten.

• Pro is opt-in. Free is not a trial; it stays free.
• Pro renews automatically on the cycle you chose (monthly or annual). You can cancel in one tap; it will not renew.
• When Pro ends, the account returns to Free with everything intact. We do not delete your page, releases, fans, or money.

• Upload work you do not have the right to publish, or use MusicVerse to harass anyone.
• Manipulate the platform: fake fans, fake tips, fake plays, automated abuse.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract another artist's fan list.
• Resell the service or expose our APIs to third parties without written permission.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules and may withhold payouts attached to suspected fraud while we investigate.

We work hard to keep the platform up and the money flowing. We do not promise zero downtime. If a critical incident affects payouts, we will tell you, fix it, and reconcile the ledger forward.

MusicVerse is provided as is. We are liable for what we directly cause; we are not liable for losses you would have incurred anyway, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The platform fee paid to us in the prior 12 months is the upper limit of our financial liability to you, except where the law requires more.

You can close your account at any time. We can close an account for serious or repeated rule-breaking. On closure, your fan list export remains available for 30 days and payout reconciliation completes.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes are handled in Kuala Lumpur unless local consumer law gives you a stronger right.
