• What does Free actually include?

  The complete career operating system. Your artist page with unlimited releases, persistent player, video highlights and bio link. 120 minutes of live every month for up to 50 viewers in Standard quality, phone or OBS, with tipping, chat, RSVP and auto-recording. Money, 85% of every sale, tip and ticket before the card fee; flat RM 5 withdrawal; three support levels for monthly fans, Supporter at RM 15, Insider at RM 35 and Super fan at RM 75; an exportable fan list that is yours forever; and a record that cannot be rewritten. • What does Pro unlock that Free does not?

  More live, and the read on what to do next. 240 minutes of live a month for up to 100 viewers in HD, up to 2 co-hosts, unlimited highlight clips, and a live debrief after every show: who came, what worked, what next. On money, an AI price recommendation that carries its confidence and the data behind it, and support levels you name and price yourself with no ceiling. • How many live minutes do I get on Free?

  120 minutes every month for up to 50 viewers, in Standard quality. Use it in one long set or several short lives; a tracker shows what is left. Phone or OBS, tipping, chat, RSVP, auto-recording, all included. Past your time, or above your viewer limit, Credits are charged by audience size: 0.30 Credits a minute up to 100 viewers, 1 Credit a minute up to 500, 3 Credits a minute up to 1,500. One Credit is RM 1. Pro includes 240 minutes a month for up to 100 viewers in HD, then the same audience rates.

• What are MV Credits?

  MV Credits are the pay-as-you-go unit for reach and for live time beyond your monthly allowance. 1 Credit equals RM 1, and packs start at RM 20. They burn against Amplify pushes, release pushes, distribution and live time past your plan. Neither plan bundles a monthly allowance: you buy a pack when you need one, on Free and on Pro alike, and the Credits you buy do not expire. Every burn is computed in Postgres and recorded against your campaign with a graded outcome.

• Can I top up live minutes or boost a release without going Pro?

  Yes. MV Credits work on either plan. Use them to extend a live session, push a release to your fans, send an Amplify campaign, or run a distribution boost. Buy a pack any time from RM 20, no commitment, no expiry on the Credits you buy.

• How does monthly support from fans work?

  Free gives you the three that work: Supporter at RM 15, Insider at RM 35 and Super fan at RM 75 a month. Rename them, reprice them, change what they include. Pro lets you add your own levels on top with no ceiling.

• How is the money handled?

  You are the merchant of record. Fans pay you directly through your own Stripe Connect account. MusicVerse keeps 15% to fund the Trust Layer, chargeback protection, payout reliability, fraud guards. The card fee comes on top, so what lands in your bank is 85% less the card fee. Withdrawals are a flat RM 5. No hidden cuts on tips, memberships, or releases. Every payment is recorded in a permanent history you can read at any time, and it cannot be rewritten.

• How does Stage pricing work for promoters?

  Rehearse free for the first 15 minutes of every live, then you pay by the hour for the audience you had. Stage Standard starts at RM 25 an hour for 100 viewers, Stage HD at RM 45 an hour for 100 viewers, and the price scales with the audience up to 1,500 viewers. Tickets you sell are split 50/50 between you and MusicVerse. Stage Production, with a crew and a managed show, is quoted per show.

• Do I own my fans and my data?

  Yes. The fan list is yours. Export it any time, take it anywhere. You do not lose access if you cancel, downgrade, or leave. The learned brain stays on platform; the contact list belongs to you.

• Can I cancel any time?

  Yes, in one tap. No calls, no retention scripts. Pro stops at the end of the billing period and your account drops to Free with everything intact. Your page, your releases, your fans and your money all stay yours.

• What is the difference between a suggestion and a prediction?

  A suggestion describes what happened and why. A prediction states what is likely to happen next, with a confidence band and the data it is based on. The Artist Snapshot on Free is a suggestion. Predictions live in Pro, and every one is recorded the moment it is made and graded against the outcome.

• Does Pro come with credits included?

  No. Credits are bought as needed, on Free and on Pro alike, and the ones you buy do not expire. A monthly bundle was advertised before it existed, so it has come off the page. If it ships, the page changes with it.

• Will my numbers ever be made up by AI?

  No. Every figure on the platform is computed deterministically in Postgres from your real data and inspectable benchmarks. Claude narrates the number it is handed. The math is never invented by a model.

• Can these prices change?

  Yes. The prices on this page are indicative, not final, and can change at any time. Changes apply from the date they are shown, and Credits you have already bought keep their value.
